Great interview; liked your points on laundry as well - and here's a tip for anyone concerned about using vinegar in their wash - just add a few drops of any essential oil (lavender, sweet orange, etc) to the vinegar and put it in during the rinse cycle.   

The great thing about vinegar is once your clothes have been dried the smell is gone.  The chemical properties of vinegar (acetic acid) allow it to evaporate quickly, which should leave no scent behind.  Adding the oil seems like a great idea to give your clothes a bit of that fresh smell.  great tip!

 Yes, great laundry tip. I also would like to add a quick tip. For scented laundry, put a few drops of essential oil onto an old  (clean!) washcloth or cleaning rag. Put it in the dryer with laundry and allow to stay in the entire drying cycle. The oil may have to be refreshed after a few cycles.
